Working with an international team of developers, Moxie Consulting spent 6 months creating a series of online training classes for the world’s largest retailer. The task included working with internal subject matter experts to transform on the job training to a format that is easily accessible and available 24/7. Topics ranged from front line associate training regarding customer service to the roll out of an integrated program for helping associates move from a front line position to higher levels of management.
This process involved design team meetings, creating working drafts for review, interacting with varied levels of management for approvals and creating real time, spontaneous videos to demonstrate the practices discussed in the training. Gamification was added to increase the attention and understanding of the concepts. Moxie served as a contract employee for this project and will continue to do so when new projects arise.
